Painting of Aubrey

At campout last summer, a family friend took a picture of Aubrey playing in the creek and decided to paint her. I did not find out about it until the painting was complete. I have not seen the painting in person but my grandmother (Mom Mom) purchased the original painting for us to hang in our house and I can not wait to hang it up. In the meantime, she sent me a picture of the painting framed and it turned out beautiful. Judy Lavoie is the painter and did an amazing job and captured every detail. Thank you Mom Mom for buying such a precious gift for us. The painting is titled "When She was Three, " and it makes me tear up to see it and think that three years have gone by so fast already...before long, I will be looking at pictures saying this is when she was ten.

Ballet

Aubrey started taking ballet in September and she loves it! At first she was a little shy but now she goes in and does whatever her teachers ask her to do and then she comes home and shows me her new moves and practices all week long. I love watching her and the 11 other girls in her class dance. They are so cute! Her recital is in May and I am very excited to see it. Here are a couple pics of my little ballerina.

Destin Vacation 2009

Our Destin Vacation was so much fun! The water was gorgeous and clear and we had great weather too. The kids had a blast and we even celebrated Eli's first birthday at the beach.

Our New Home

We moved into our new home in June and we have been loving it ever since. Here is a pic of our new home.

My Little Clowns

Fall Festival was so much fun! Aubrey wanted to dress up as a clown so by default Eli had to be a clown too. I made both of them clown outfits in a hurry but I think they turned out to be really cute clowns.
