Busy, Busy, Busy

We have had a very busy May so far. Ava turned two and we celebrated her birthday with an Ava's Fruit Stand Theme. It was so cute and we had some very special guests. Besides our wonderful friends that attended: Puh-Puh, Mimi, Opi, Omi, Mom Mom and Sonja were here. Also my cousin-in-law, Brooke, and her new sweet baby girl Baylee was here. Gramma came and brought Grandmother which was very exciting because we do not get to see her very often so we were thankful for her being here. Aubrey had her annual ballet recital and was a beautiful, graceful ballerina. She makes me so proud! It amazes me how she can go from dainty ballerina to aggressive soccer player. She finished up her soccer season this past weekend and scored a total of eight goals for the season. Maybe she will take after her Uncle Biv and be a soccer superstar!! Aubrey graduated from Kindergarten and had a sweet ceremony on Thursday night. Aunt Keri came to see Aubrey's ceremony and we are so thankful she could be there. Aubrey said two verses during the ceremony and then as a group they sang, said a poem and said verses as well. Scott told about Aubrey and her Kindergarten year and did a great job sharing about our daughter. Here are some things she has accomplished this year: She completed first grade Saxon Math, learned the books of the Bible, learned the planets and has learned 30 states and capitals, she can also ride her bike without training wheels. Eli and Aubrey had a choir program to finish up the year and received awards for their Awanas program. They each learned lots of verses for the year and did a great job but we are excited for a summer break. Connor had his baby dedication on Sunday morning and we enjoyed having family here to celebrate Mother's Day! It has been crazy and we are looking forward to a calmer two weeks before swimming lessons and VBS begin. Aunt Mel is coming for a visit soon and we have a camping trip coming up so we have lots to look forward to! Here are lots of cute pics to see whats been going on with Team Dewald!
